We search our database of Guardian Angel Profiles to match your exact requirements. We search for Guardian Angels with specific experience for your assignment, from Chameleons to Lamas, we have a Guardian Angel for every occasion.

STEP 3

We will contact you with a Profile of the most suitable Guardian Angel within your area. We will inform you of their pet & employment history, property location, house size and type etc.

STEP 4

Providing that you are happy with the suitability of the Guardian Angel we will arrange a pre-assignment meeting for you to ensure you are absolutely comfortable and confident with your Guardian Angel.

Briefing your Guardian Angel
We will additionally send to you our "Briefing the Guardian Angel" form, which is a comprehensive checklist covering all important aspects of maintaining your Home and caring for your pets; from your emergency contacts to the location of your fuse box it covers everything.
Please give this form only to your Guardian Angel at your pre-assignment meeting.

STEP 5

We will contact you following the pre-assignment meeting to confirm that you are happy with your Guardian Angel and to process a deposit to secure your reservation. 28 days prior to the commencement of your assignment we will contact you to process the balance of your payment.

10 days prior to the comencement of your assignment we courtacy call you to confirm that your Guardian Angel is ready to start.

STEP 6

On the day of your departure you will meet with your Guardian Angel at the agreed time and you will leave fully assured with 100% confidence that your Home and Pets will be totally cared for.
