In this section we would just like to give you a brief overview of how Home Sitting, Pet Boarding, Cat Feeding and Dog Walking works.

• Contact

  Please either call us on 0800 013 0026 or Book On-Line or Let us Call You to make a reservation.

• Meeting your needs

  We will locate a Guardian Angel with suitable specific experience for your assignment within two days! Usually by the following day!

• Angel profile

  We will contact you with a profile of the most suitable pet sitter within your area; we will advise you of their pet & employment history, property location, house size and type etc.

• Pre-assignment meeting

  Providing that you are happy with the profile of your pet sitter we will arrange for you to meet (in their home for home boarding services or in your home for pet visiting and house sitting services.

• Briefing your Guardian Angel

  Using our comprehensive "Briefing the Guardian Angel" checklist form, we ensure that your Guardian is advised of every aspect of your pet and home care.

• Reservation confirmation

  Following your meeting, providing that you are happy with your Guardian Angel, we request a 25% deposit to secure your reservation.

• Balance payment

  28 days prior to the commencement of your assignment we will process the balance payment.

• Extra care

  10 days prior to the commencement of your assignment we comfort call you to confirm that your Guardian Angel is ready to start.

• Travel with confidence

  On the day of your departure you can leave fully assured and with 100% confidence that your home and/or pets will be totally cared for.
